Message from our Founders

Judy Bodenhamer
It has been my honor and privilege to commit my career to inspiring businesses, organizations and individuals to achieve accelerated levels of success. My professional career is proudly split between two successful Fortune 50 organizations and then since 2001 leading two entrepreneurial branding, marketing and organizational development consulting firms. These extraordinarily diverse work experiences have shaped my perspective on business, enabling me to channel the discipline and focus on performance expectations from Corporate America with the creativity and ingenuity of a privately-held, women-owned enterprise.
It’s crazy to admit this but I love to work, always have and probably always will. I am passionate about coaching, consulting and collaborating with individuals and teams who are eager to learn, willing to try new ideas, and are able to focus on their future. I frequently joke about the fact that my career really started at 11 years old as I worked side-by-side with my parents at our family-owned business. Watching my parents dedicate their lives into growing their small business taught me everything I needed to know about business, and it always comes down to:
- The power of deep and lasting customer relationships
- The value of fiscal responsibility
- The importance of trusting your partners
- The impact that respect and gratitude has on all business relationships
- The commitment to keeping your eye on delivering results
- The significance of building your brand by delighting your clients
And speaking of clients, they are amazing! We get the chance to co-create new strategies and techniques designed to enhance their businesses, while engaging their leadership spirit and collective intellect in ways that inspire them to lead their teams to new levels of performance. I am grateful for the opportunity to be a part of their journey!
As part of my core values, I recognize how fortunate I have been and feel that it is my duty to give back to our community. My civic activities include support and sponsorship of the American Bar Association, Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association and the Ohio Women’s Bar Association. The YWCA recognized me as one of their Women of Achievement and invited me to participate in their Wisdom Circles program. I am also involved with several community and non-profit organizations in Northeast Ohio, a former member of the Board of Directors for the Cleveland Rape Crisis Center and have traveled to Honduras for a mission to provide aid to residents of remote villages.
I never forget that I grew up in Cleveland and I genuinely believe in the magic of human potential.

My professional journey started at a young age working alongside my father at his company. I learned first-hand what it took to make a business run from the bottom up – experiencing every facet of the business. Working in an entrepreneurial environment fueled my interest to spend the majority of my professional career serving in client facing roles.
I received my undergraduate degree in Marketing from University of Missouri and later studied at the Kellogg School of Management in Leadership Development.
Over the past 20+ years, I have been so fortunate to work with some amazing companies who never took for granted their client’s and pushed the boundaries by delighting their respective customers. After having the awesome opportunity to lead a nine-time INC 5000 fastest growing company, decided to focus my efforts on creating an institute that would fundamentally change the way client relationships are viewed.
I am so looking forward to embarking on this client experience journey and want to create something amazing that will fundamentally change the value equation.
On the personal side, I have three amazing children, and an oversized sheepdog named Gracie. After losing my lifelong soul mate of 29 years to breast cancer, I have become actively involved in supporting the cause to find a cure to this life-altering disease. Whether it is assisting with fund raising, serving as a member of the American Cancer Society board and recruiting fellow board members, or helping a patient find a specialist, I welcome the opportunity to serve others.
