The Client Experience Institute was featured in the November 2016 issue of the Galliard Family Business Advisors Institute’s monthly newsletter, BrightLights. Our article, Relationship Capital – The Currency of Abundance, highlights how we must evolve as service providers.

The importance of forging deeper and more meaningful relationships is of paramount importance if we are going to increase our relevance in serving closely-held family businesses. We must continue to find ways of delivering greater value and need a framework to reference.

We cannot wait for the client to raise the bar, it is up to each of us to collectively rise the tide so we collaborate with mindful intent, understand how we can be of greater impact and be desirous of achieving more.

The stakes continue to escalate as more and more family businesses contemplate their succession planning alternatives.

Galliard Institute’s Family Business Advisor Core Training

Co-Founders, Judy Bodenhamer and Marc Rosen, recently attended the Galliard Institute’s Family Business Advisor Core Training. Lisë Stewart, Founder and President, conducted a 2-day workshop focused on tools and support required to serve the largest business sector in the world – the Family Business. CEI recognizes that the principles shared during this training are complementary to the Client Experience Institute’s processes and methodologies, so we wanted to learn more about how professional service providers are taught about their role and required skills to serve this important business sector.
