CEI at the Winning is Everything Conference in Las Vegas
In January, over 250 accounting professionals gathered to attend the 20th anniversary of the Winning is Everything (WIE) conference. Several of the top thought leaders gathered to share their “future state perspective” on M&A, human capital and technology.
The Client Experience Institute (CEI) shared the latest thinking on how client service models are being re-defined in order to create higher levels of client engagement.
The workshop included a team exercise on identifying current and future interactions associated with client acquisition, on-boarding, performance and relationship management.
